Because we are confident in the quality of the products we select. Instruments, amplifiers, accessories, or audio equipment: our goal is to offer reliable equipment suited to real-world musical use.
Consumables and wear parts are not covered by this commercial warranty: strings, batteries, drumsticks, reeds, drumheads, cables subject to abnormal wear, consumable accessories, or products damaged through misuse.
Contact our customer service team before any return. We will assess the situation with you and tell you the appropriate procedure: diagnosis, request for photos, after-sales return, repair, replacement, or commercial solution, depending on the case.
When the malfunction is confirmed and covered, a repair or replacement may be offered. If the product is no longer available, an equivalent solution may be considered with our customer service team.
