EMG X Series Soapbar 707TW, 7-string, Alnico V, coil-splittable – Black

Presentation:
The EMG 707 pickup has been the leading 7-string pickup since its creation in 2001. The 707TW version offers a pickup split via a push/pull control. It eliminates the problem of muddy low-B notes. With its Alnico V magnets and wide-aperture coils, the 707 beefs up the B string while balancing the rest of the notes. Whether you are a fan of Opeth's jazzy style or play death-metal chugs, the 707 will articulate every note, chord, and harmonic you ask of it.

For use in the bridge or neck position.

TWX option for a pickup split and active tone.

With EMG's solderless mounting technology, you no longer need to know how to use a soldering iron to install your pickups—it's easy to do, even at home!
